A new weekend of work on the RATP and SNCF networks in the Île-de-France region is scheduled for Saturday November 23 to Sunday November 24, 2024, in order to make progress on the Grand Paris construction projects, future metro line extensions or simply to keep the network in good condition. Is there going to be a lot of work this time, or is it going to be a quiet weekend? Beware of traffic disruptions and train cancellations, which sometimes need to be anticipated well in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises!
This weekend, four RER, five Transilien and two metro lines are affected. To find alternative routes if you need to travel, the Transilien SNCF website offers alternatives, with buses regularly scheduled to serve stations.
Interconnection will be suspended at Paris Nord.
Traffic is interrupted between Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel and Pontoise as well asbetween Juvisy and Saint-Martin d'Étampes and between Juvisy and Dourdan.
Traffic is interrupted between Paris Gare de Lyon and Paris Gare du Nord.
No trains run from Noisy-le-Sec to Haussmann - Gare Saint-Lazare on the Chelles-Gournay and Tournan routes; from Haussmann - Gare Saint-Lazare to Pantin on the Chelles-Gournay route; between Haussmann - Gare Saint-Lazare and Noisy-le-Sec on the Tournan route. 1 train in 2 runs between Nanterre-La-Folie and Magenta - Gare du Nord.
Traffic is interrupted between Ermont - Eaubonne and Pontoise.
Traffic is interrupted between Boissy-l'Aillerie and Gisors.
Traffic is interrupted between Mitry - Claye and Paris Gare du Nord.
No trains are running between Paris Montparnasse and Versailles Chantiers stations in either direction.
Traffic is interrupted between Paris Est and Meaux, between Paris Est and Château-Thierry, and between Paris Est and La Ferté-Milon.
On Sunday 24 November, traffic will be interrupted between Nation and Daumesnil due to modernization work.
On Sunday November 24, all day long, traffic will be interrupted on the entire line due to modernization work.
