Every medallist at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games is awarded a charm, but also a gift: a very special little Phryge, since the blade on its leg changes color depending on the metal won!

At all the Olympiads and Paralympiads, gifts are traditionally given to medal-winning athletes, in addition to the famous charm. In Tokyo, it was a bouquet of flowers and the little mascot, but what is it at the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games? This time, no cardboard box with theGames poster handed over on the podium, just our adorable, all-red mascot, representing the Phrygian bonnet. But she's got a unique feature!

This mascot is obviously not the one sold in stores! It, too, is medallioned in the color of the charm won by its wearer, the colored metal also being represented on its Paralympic blade, with a little " Bravo" in French written on the back. Good to know, on the sole of this little mascot adopted by tourists and the French, there's an inscription in Braille, for an inclusive Phryge right to the end of the blade!

As for the poster, designed by artist Ugo Gattoni in a limited night-time edition, the Paralympic athletes also receive it, certainly in the collector's box sent to them after their victory. While both gifts are well received as at the Olympic Games, their order has been reversed as the mascot is smaller and more practical, especially as it is particularly representative!
