While the Olympic Games saw the mascot, Phryge, live her best life and win unanimous praise from Parisians and tourists alike, now Phryge is back for the Paralympic Games from August 28 to September 8, 2024. But where can you see the mascot? We tell you all about it!

The Paralympic Games are off to a flying start! For a week and a half, from August 28 to September 8, 2024, para-athletes from all over the world will come to try to climb to the top of the podium and win the Holy Grail, namely a Paralympic medal. But don't think that para-athletes are the only stars of these Paralympiades... Quite the contrary! The star of the show is Phryge, the official mascot of these Games.

After Oly, the Olympic Phrygia, discover Para, the Paralympic Phrygia who, unlike her sister, is "spontaneous, full of energy and enthusiasm", as the Organizing Committee (Cojop) explains. She's a real party girl, a bit of a hothead, she's not afraid of anything". Her particularity, beyond her strong character: her right leg prosthesis, a running blade, used by some para-athletes to run during para-athletics events.

But where can you see the Phryge during these Paralympic Games? In several places, starting of course with the Paralympic venues, where you can meet her and take a photo with her. And outside the Paralympic venues? Head for Club France, accessible free of charge during the period (reservation required), to catch a glimpse of the mascot, depending on the day's program (she may not be present every day).

Finally, if you don't want to book your ticket for Club France, you can always try your hand at the Samsung Olympic Experience pop-up, where the Phryge might just show her nose. Note that a few days ago, the Phryge was present at the Arènes de Lutèce for an event linked to the Paralympics. And if not, you can try to spot her in various places around the capital, like the Gare du Nord, for example, where she was seen greeting the British Paralympic delegation as they got off the Eurostar. Now all you have to do is find her in Paris!
