The Paris 2024 Olympic Games are well and truly over... At least, that's what Paris 2024 is proposing, offering the possibility of transforming one's digital ticket for the events attended into a "souvenir ticket".
How does it work? Paris 2024 offers a simple and accessible service via the official "Paris 2024 Tickets" application. As soon as you buy your ticket, you can order a paper collector's ticket, at a price of 2.99 euros per ticket, plus delivery costs. Once you've placed your order, all you have to do is wait until the end of the Olympic and Paralympic Games to receive this precious souvenir directly at home.
The success of this initiative was not long in coming. Since the end of the Olympic Games, demand for these souvenir tickets has literally exploded, reaching almost 840,000 orders by mid-August, as our colleagues in Le Parisien explain. According to Damien Rajot, Paris 2024's director of commercial operations, this success testifies to the public's deep attachment to this historic event. "It's going very well, and people are still able to order," he says. Tickets for the Paralympic Games are still available on the official website.
These souvenir tickets, personalized with your name, the event you attended, the date and even your seat number, offer a unique way to relive those magical moments. Please note: if the ticket you used during the Games has been transferred to you, the person who paid for it will receive the collector's item. So ask the person concerned to send it to you!
