Introduced for the 2021-2022 school year, the Pass'Sport scheme has been extended for another year! This financial aid for sports is aimed at children, as well as certain adults. Who is eligible?

The Pass'Sport was launched for the start of the 2021-2022 sports and school year. Building on its success, it has been extended again this year, and the number of young people who will be able to benefit from this financial aid is growing! This sports allowance enables children and young people to join a sports club or association, thanks to a 50-euro offer. But it's not for everyone, so find out if you're eligible!

This aid set up by the government is intended to encourage and facilitate the practice of sport among young people, particularly with a view to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Ideal for your child if they want to take up karate or dance this year! Since its creation, the scheme has been used by nearly four million beneficiaries.

This year's participants

  • born between September 16, 2006 and December 31, 2018 and benefiting from the back-to-school allowance;
  • born between June 1, 2004 and December 31, 2018 and receiving the disabled child's education allowance;
  • born between September 16, 1993 and December 31, 2008 and receiving the disabled adults' allowance;
  • students, no more than 28 years old, and receiving a means-tested state higher education grant, an annual CROUS grant or a regional grant for health and social training by October 15, 2024 at the latest, for the academic year 2024 - 2025.

In 2024, a new, faster formula is proposed, with the introduction of a dedicated QR code. Eligible young people will receive their code directly by e-mail or SMS on May 30, and on August 30 for students on scholarship. All that's left to do is present it in the club to obtain a deduction on the registration fee, but check that the chosen club is a partner of the scheme, on this government card!
