Have you ever dreamt of putting on the shoes of a cabaret dancer? Kalon and the Nolinski are making your dream come true by throwing “Showgirl” workshops followed by a cocktail, starting from October 16, 2022, and one Sunday per month.
Created by two former dancers from Moulin Rouge and Lido de Paris, Kalon is a unique chic workout skillfully mixing glamor and fitness in sensual choreographs. Coming from the greatest Parisian cabarets, Kalon coaches provide training methods open to all and inspired by their own experience as professional dancers. The goal being to slim and sculpt your body like a dancer’s, without being one!
In the intimacy of the Grand Salon in the 5-star hotel, coach Annalisa will start the warmup with a Kalon Cardio Barre session, before moving on to a wonderful choreography! The only condition is to come with your most beautiful heels to work your posture and core-strength, whilst cadencing your walk elegantly, as a genuine lead dancer would do!
To perfect the experience and finish the class on a high note, a delicious cocktail party will be thrown in the discreet luxury of this sophisticated and bold place in the very heart of Paris.
