To combat breast cancer, the Casiopeea association is organizing an exceptional bike race on October 27, 2024, on the route of the Olympic Games cycling event, covering almost 50 kilometers.

Like every year, October Rose is an opportunity to highlight the fight against breast cancer, through events aimed primarily at women. On Sunday, October 27, 2024, theCasiopeea association is organizing a 50-kilometer bikeride from the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines leisure park. As an added bonus, part of the route will be that of thecycling event at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games!

To raise awareness and enable women with breast cancer to get back in the saddle and achieve a sporting feat, the Rando Vélo Rose promises to be festive and accessible to all, with an expected average speed of around 15 kilometers per hour. Departing from the city hosting cycling this summer, the brave athletes of the day will cover the Olympic venues, from the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines velodrome, via La Sourderie, the Château de Versailles and the hill of Elancourt.

It's a great challenge for all those who want to take part for a day in the fight against breast cancer, which wreaks havoc every year. Please note that you'll need to bring a helmet, a pair of gloves, a reflective vest, a repair kit, food and a charged phone!
