During the month of October, the Shangri-La Paris invites you to treat yourself in a spirit of solidarity. Every Saturday and Sunday, from October 5 to 27, the palace and its pastry chef Maxence Barbot will be offering a pink version of their traditional tea time, in support ofPink October 2024.
It's a reminder that early detection remains the best weapon in the fight against breast cancer, but it's also an opportunity to support research. Indeed, part of the proceeds from the Shangri-La Paris pink tea time is donated to the Ligue contre le cancer du sein, which helps those affected and funds research teams and programs. Breast cancer affects more than 54,000 women in France every year.
We're off to discover this gourmet interlude in support of this important cause. On the menu, pretty pink-tinted creations, to be enjoyed with a mocktail:
