As we all know, fish, seafood and scallops are key ingredients on Christmas and New Year's tables . Now that the scallop season is open, they'll be the stars of the Fish Truck at the Communale Saint-Ouen on November 30 and December 1, for the Grande Débarque!
Inside this little fishmonger's, you'll find free tastings, as well as demonstrations to help you cook these Normandy scallops, freshly caught and landed from the Normandy ports of Dieppe, Granville, Fécamp, Cherbourg and Port-en-Bessin.
Tempted? Then head to the Communale Saint-Ouen, on November 30, 2023 from 9:30 am to 7 pm and on December 1, 2024 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, for a great program of games, entertainment and free tastings! It's also an opportunity for children to discover and taste this wonderful seafood product!
While this operation is great fun for the taste buds, don't forget that Paris has hundreds of local fishmongers happy to let you taste their fish and help you with cooking tips; but also fishmongers present every week at Paris food markets. "How to shell a Normandy scallop? How to preserve it? Why does coral look so good on it?" So many questions to ask them!
Let's take advantage of this free family plan!
