Hyrox, the fitness race combining running and cross-training, returns to Porte de Versailles

Do you know Hyrox? This competition is very popular in France and in 24 other countries, with over 120,000 participants. After landing in France for the first time at Porte de Versailles on November 11, 2023, Paris' most eagerly-awaited Hyrox race is back, offering both weekend warriors and seasoned athletes the chance to compete in a combination of running and cross-training. Get ready to sweat it out with a unique blend of strength, cardio and endurance movements, for an event that's accessible to all, as long as you already do a bit of sport on a daily basis!

Originating in Hamburg, Germany, this original fitness race offers different categories: solo, in pairs or in fours, so that sports lovers can get together and challenge themselves together! Participants run 1 kilometer and then follow a functional training station, repeated eight times, for the same race format around the world, allowing you to measure yourself against many sportsmen and women across the planet. Your friends and family can even come and cheer you on throughout the competition!
