After the two semi-finals held on May 7 and 9, the Eurovision Song Contest is now ready for the grand final on May 11, 2024 in Malmö, Sweden. This Saturday, 26 countries will battle it out for first place. 26 artists will give it their all, performing their top song and hoping to take home the trophy. And some of them, like Croatia's Baby Lasagna and Switzerland's Nemo, are clear favorites. What about France, defended this year by Slimane? For the time being, the country is not ranked in the Top 5 favorites, but is nevertheless in 6th place according to the bookmakers.
So, when will we be able to support and follow Slimane 's performance this May 11 at the 68th edition of Eurovision? The song contest has just revealed the running order of each country, which is often decisive in the final result.
Good news for France, as Slimane will be in the latter part of the evening (in 25th position to be precise), a position considered by many to be the easiest for maximum points.
The Croatian contestant and the Swiss representative were equally lucky. Also announced for the last part of the evening, Baby Lasagna will be the 23rd artist to defend his place in this final, while Nemo will unveil his performance in 21st position. On the other hand, Ukraine andIreland - also among the Top 5 favourites - were less fortunate, as their respective candidates - Alyona Alyona and Jerry Heil then Bambie Thug - will be the 2nd and 10th to take to the stage.
Sweden, the host country of this 68th edition, will open the festivities, while Austria's Kaleen will close the evening with her song " We Will Rave ".
