It's one of the musical events that artists and professionals alike look forward to every year. I'm talking, of course, about the Victoires de la Musique. This new and 39th edition will be broadcast live on Friday February 9, 2024 from La Seine Musicale in Boulogne-Billancourt , and promises to be another great musical moment!
After Michel Drucker, Nagui, Olivier Minne, Daphné Bürki and Laury Thilleman, two new presenters are joining the Victoires de la musique family! This year, the ceremony will be hosted by Léa Salamé and Cyril Féraud. As always, the evening will be broadcast in prime-time on France 2 and France Inter .
In addition to the traditional categories rewarding female artists of the year, male artists and musical revelations, 2024 will see the return of the"Original Song","Concert" and "Audiovisual Creation" categories, not forgetting the"Stage Revelation" category which had disappeared due to the health crisis. This year, however, there is no award for"Most streamed album" in France. Remember, last year Angèle and Ninho won.
So, who are the lucky nominees for 2024? Which artists will perhaps be lucky enough to walk away with a trophy? Well, this year Zaho de Sagazan is the most nominated artist at the 39th Victoires de la Musique, with five nominations. The French artist, at the helm of her first opus"La Symphonie des éclairs", is ahead of Vianney, Jain, Louane, Pierre de Maere, Meryl and Etienne Daho, each with two nominations.
In the"original song" category, Clara Ysé's " Douce ", Pierre de Maere's " Enfant de ", Zaho de Sagazan 's " La symphonie des éclairs " and Louane's " Secret " are all nominated.
Join us on February 9, 2024 at 9:10pm live on France 2 and France Inter to find out who the lucky winners of this 39th edition of the Victoires de la Musique, presented this year by Léa Salamé and Cyril Féraud.
