Organized by the Utopi.e association, this project stands out for its desire to give queer artists fair visibility. Since 2022, the Prix Utopi.e has brought together talented artists who use art to question heteronormative and cisgender models. Selected by a multidisciplinary committee, participating artists benefit not only from a prestigious exhibition, but also from varied opportunities such as artistic residencies, conferences and performances. This approach aims to"create caring spaces animated by transdisciplinary and performative programming from queer cultures".

This third edition of the Utopi.e Project is enriched by a broader selection, featuring 12 artists with diverse approaches. Their works, which navigate between political discourse and varied artistic forms, tackle crucial themes such asinclusion and the fight against sex and gender discrimination. By reinventing the prize format, Utopi.e is asserting itself as a major player in the transformation of the visual and performing arts, advocating greater equity and a genuine paradigm shift.

With events that go beyond the mere exhibition - podcasts, readings and performances are also on the program - the Utopi.e Project presents itself as a genuine platform for reflection and creation. A not-to-be-missed experience for all those interested in discovering committed and visionary art at the Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles.
