Liza, the restaurant that offers you a one-way ticket to Beirut with "reinvented mezzés, minus the fat, prepared with a lot of love, time and fresh produce" is celebrating its 10th birthday!
To mark the occasion, the restaurant is launching its brunch on Saturday and Sunday,starting April 2.
On the menu, an XXL buffet that promises to take you on a journey!
All-you-can-eat coffees and teas, fresh fruit juices, bites from Georges, the baker, as well as mezzés such as hummus, eggplant purée with yoghurt and tabbouleh. Don't miss the delicious Moulokhié (chicken breast, basmati rice, corrette stew, garlic and coriander), and the lamb friands. If you really want to immerse yourself in the traditions of Lebanese cuisine, try the fava bean dish called Foul mdammas.
And don't forget the sweet side with Liza 's signature desserts such as baklawas, fresh fruit salads, candied pumpkin cake, Haytalié, milk flan with orange blossom, and of course the cheese knéfé!
Expect to pay 38 euros for this gourmet brunch!
