Café Smörgas, nestled in the 10th arrondissement, of course offers its famous toast topped with fresh ingredients (smörgas), but also, exceptionally from April 18 to May 20, 2017, on Saturdays only, pastéis de nata!
Indeed, Comme à Lisbonne, the most Parisian of liboet rendezvous, is setting up shop in this Swedish café to introduce you to its sweet, typically Portuguese specialty: pastéis de nata.
A tartlet with unique foliage, it has a light cream at its heart, to which Lisboners like to add cinnamon. Delicate and crunchy, it's best enjoyed without moderation.
The collaboration with Comme à Lisbonne seemed an obvious choice for the Trésorerie, which is also hosting the spring exhibition "A Vida Portuguesa" (Portuguese Life), featuring some 100 pieces from Portuguese manufacturers, specially selected for the occasion and on display for 1 month.
