As the year goes by, so do the seasons... and so do the Ladurée collections! The famous Parisian house has announced its next autumn collection, and our mouths are already watering!
For this autumn, Ladurée's Head of Sweet Creation Claire Heitzler has come up with four pastries with original and, of course, seasonal flavours: quince, buckwheat, hazelnut and coffee. Playing on contrasting textures, airy mousses stand side by side with crunchy pralines and creamy entremets. From classic hazelnut cake to fruity Cydonie entremets, buckwheat or coffee desserts, there's something for everyone. In short, these are delights we can't wait to have on our plates!
But be patient, this new gourmet collection will be available from September 20, 2017 in Ladurée stores. Until then, here's a taste of what's in store:
Le Sarrasin
Entremet consisting of buckwheat shortbread encircled by two Caraïbe chocolate crowns enclosing a chocolate mousse.
Spikes of buckwheat chantilly, cubes of soft caramel, shortbread and buckwheat seeds decorate the dessert.

Cydonie
Entremets made with almond shortbread, quince confit and vanilla yogurt mousse.Decorated with quince confit and white chocolate leaf.

Café Olé
Entremets made with a coffee almond cookie, a coffee feuilletine praline, a coffee cream and a coffee milk mousse.Decorated with crumbles and Dulcey chocolate chips.
