Following on from Bien Elevé, the Arthur Lecomte and Dimitri Aboulker duo recently opened Bien Ficelé for meat lovers. Here, you'll find a friendly, relaxed atmosphere in which to share the finest bidoches.
The team invites you to a new rendezvous every Saturday and Sunday lunchtime, in the large, bright and pleasant dining room designed by architect Emilie Bonaventure.
Indeed, you can choose between a traditional brunch (€26), where the egg is varied according to the season and the chef's inspiration, for example with pumpkin and Swiss chard, bacon and piperade or pommes paillasson.
Or if you're in the mood for meat, the "roast" (28€ ) offers roast cockerel or pork belly with homemade mashed potatoes and salad.
Otherwise, there's a delicious homemade brioche, Poujauran breads, jams and hazelnut spreads, and of course, hot drinks and fresh orange juice.
To round off this moment of indulgence, there's a lemon millefeuille to share, a poached peach with star anise and almond cream or, if you prefer, granola, fromage blanc and apple compote .
It's worth noting that all products are carefully selected and come directly from small producers guaranteed to be raised in France. Like the meats from Chateauneuf or the coffee from Terres de Café.
If you're looking for a tasty brunch that's a little off the beaten track, head for Bien Ficelé on Saturdays and Sundays at lunchtime.
