Great news for gourmets: Beefbar Paris launches its Sunday brunches. On the menu: eggs in all their forms, salads, plenty of sweet treats and, of course, exceptional meats.

Since opening in October 2018, Le Beefbar has been the new meeting place for all lovers of good meats. Great news for fans, Le Beefbar has just announced the launch of its brunch!

Rendezvous in its beautiful setting, every Sunday from 12pm to 2:30pm, to discover an exclusive menu dreamed up by Riccardo Giraudi and his chefs Thierry Paludetto and Gabriele Faiella, to compose your perfect brunch.

So, what's on offer at this Sunday brunch? Well, the egg takes pride of place, in all its forms: poached on crispy tacos with a chimichurri hollandaise sauce (27€) or on Poilâne bread with avocado (27€), as a main course on a croque madame with Comté cheese and smoked, 40-day-aged rib-eye ham (28€) or on a double burger with Kobe bacon (29€), scrambled on a toasted bun with black truffle (25€), as an omelette with avocado carpaccio (19€) to play the "healthy" card.

For freshness, don't hesitate to turn to salads like "King Crab & Quinoa" (39€) and "Kale Salad"(22€), and for sweetness, let yourself be tempted by Beefbar's revisited classics: homemade churros with dulce de leche (12€), French toast with caramel (14€), ricotta and lemon pancakes (16€) or homemade waffles with maple syrup and chocolate cinnamon sauce (16€).

Of course, connoisseurs will also find the restaurant's signature street food, exceptional meats and homemade purées.

Shall we take a tour?
