Dipped ice cream is one of Hoct & Loca's best sellers. In winter, we enjoy it with dark chocolate, but in summer, we indulge ourselves with this one. With a base of homemade Madagascar vanilla ice cream - no additives or chemical stabilizers, mind you! - the ice cream is dipped in a chocolate chosen from 6 crus. On contact with the cold ice cream, the chocolate crystallizes and forms a delicious coating.
