Two years ago, chocolate-maker Laurent Moreno was opening his temple devoted to praline on rue Saint-Honoré. In his store “simply” called Le Bonheur [Happiness], praline chocolates, nougatine, coconut praline, cardamom praline have been making gourmets crazy. And for Christmas 2020 in Paris, the chef entertains us with a 100% praline Advent Calendar 2020.
If you have not heard about the chef, he has worked at La Tour d’Argent and for Pierre Hermé during his Ladurée years. In his Le Bonheur chocolate store, he provides tasty 50-gram chocolates with recipes likely to make your taste buds happy. For instance, we can name his cardamom praline, the puff rice and ginger praline, or the cashew and dry hibiscus flower (aka roselle) praline.
In Le Bonheur Advent Calendar 2020, 24 50-g praline chocolates expect gourmets for rather crazy discoveries: the house's iconic flavors such as pistachios and basil, puff rice and ginger, sesame and sea salt as well as exclusive flavors.
We do not know about you, but we have booked our already. It will arrive in early December in store and on the factory's e-store. The hardest part is to wait until December 24 to finish the box.
