Guy Martin's Raspberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
500g of raspberries
200g of flour
120g white or brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of fresh cream
10g of melted butter
1 lemon

Preparation:

Break the eggs into a bowl and pour the sugar over them. Blanch the eggs while whisking vigorously.

Incorporate the melted butter then the cream and mix well.

Then add the flour little by little while mixing.

Grate the lemon peel and add to the preparation.

Pour the mixture into a round mold previously buttered, then spread the raspberries generously on the device.

Cooking time:

20 to 30 minutes in the oven at 180°.
