Fruity shoe cakes by Dalloyau feat. Desserted in Paris

After teaming up with street artist Jo Di Bona earlier this year, Dalloyau signs a new pop collaboration but this time with pastry influencer Tal Spiegel, more famous on social networks as Desserted in Paris. The latter has been sharing his love for pastry and fashion on his Instagram account for six years.

Alongside Dalloyau pastry chef and France Dessert Champion Jeremy Del Val, the influencer has come up with a collection paying tribute to French pastry, and to his Israeli background. Together, they created two exclusive cakes shaped like high shoes made of vinyl by French shoe brand Riviera, and Spiegel’s favorite shoes.

The first model is a cake flavored with raspberry and rose, almond tahini crunch, tahini-sumac madeleine cake, raspberry and rose petal compote, and raspberry fruit jelly.

The second model is a cake flavored with lemon and zaatar olive oil, almond tahini crunch, moist zaatar and olive oil cake, yellow lemon marmalade, and lemon fruit jelly.

Moreover, moving on to packaging, it is the very brand Riviera that took care of everything and cakes are therefore proposed in genuine shoeboxes!

Cakes are available for €35 starting June 3, 2021 and all summer long in Paris Dalloyau stores!
