Louis Fouquet unveils its new identity on Avenue Montaigne. A renaissance for the historic chocolatier and confectioner, who intends to win back Paris with its sweet treats and more contemporary boutiques, while retaining their identity.

As early as 1852, Louis Fouquet was making Paris salivate from the 9th arrondissement. His expertise in confectionery and chocolate-making became a veritable institution. Today, the house reinvents itself and unveils a new face. The adventure continues on avenue Montaigne and beyond!

A heritage of expertise: In the beginning, Louis Fouquet, the master confectioner, conquered the hearts and palates of Parisians. Celebrities such as Claude Monet were among his first customers. His unique vision for creating artisan jams, his continual exploration of new recipes, and his passion for quality ingredients anchored his legacy. Then, in the 20th century, the Chambeau Mimard family took up the torch, ensuring the brand's longevity.

Over the years, family history has shaped the company:

  • 1900: The business is taken over by the Chambeau Mimard family. The store was transformed into a tea room, attracting celebrities such as Gertrude Stein.
  • 1928: Under the management of Alfred Chambeau, the brand opens a boutique on Rue François 1er, followed by two more in the 1930s.
  • 1950: Monique Chambeau, "Mademoiselle Fouquet", strengthens the company's reputation in chocolate, confectionery and delicatessen.
  • 1980: Christophe Chambeau modernizes production and enriches the chocolate range.
  • 2023: Catherine Chambeau Vaz works to develop the brand internationally, while reinforcing its presence in France with a new image.

Exceptional craftsmanship: Since its creation, Louis Fouquet has been dedicated to making exceptional chocolates and confectionery. The heart of their artisanal process is the meticulous selection of the finest ingredients: pistachios from Iran, hazelnuts from Piedmont, Marcona almonds, cocoa from the best plantations. This year, you can enjoy new products such as gourmet tablets, delicious bites and much more.

Back to the origins : To reconnect with its history, the company has renamed itself Louis Fouquet in homage to its creator, inspired by a historic logo from 1928. The squirrel, emblem of the house, returns with a new look.

A new experience: imagined by Christophe Tollemer, the design of the boutiques reflects the craftsmanship. The conche, the emblematic tool, is at the heart of the concept, inviting us to explore the universe of products.
