Alert friends, the SAIN bakery-coffee shop, which we love so much, is offering two new products. Firstly, breakfast à la carte, and secondly, a gourmet brunch every Sunday.
So, as a reminder, SAIN is the brand created by Anthony Courtille, which offers good organic breads, viennoiseries and pastries made from easily digestible ancient wheat flours and homemade sourdough. After a first bakery in the 10th arrondissement, last year he opened a bakery that is part café, part tea room and even part restaurant in the evening, in the 3rd arrondissement, rue Gravilliers.
Boulangerie SAIN invites you to enjoy a personalized breakfast, available Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 11.30am. Start with a selection of free-range eggs prepared in three different ways. For salty eaters, hot croissants are available in vegetarian, cheese or pork versions. Gourmets will appreciate the Tartine au beurre cru, the homemade granola, and the unavoidable French to ast with seasonal fruit.
On Sundays, we offer a unique brunch, served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., for 32 euros. It consists of three parts: you start with a selection of hot drinks, a pastry of your choice from our vast range, and a refreshing seasonal smoothie.
The main course varies between a seasonal egg or a special tartine. Currently, the " grilled cheese " tartine comes with spinach, toasted seeds and is inspired by tartiflette for a comforting experience this winter season. The perfect egg is served in a shitake broth, and garnished with celery root tagliatelle, toasted almonds, cébette and citron. To finish, homemade granola is served with clementine, honey sorbet, citron syrup and a slice of their famous galette des rois.
