From September 20,the Farago Pintxoclub, a small contemporary pintxo bar in the courtyard of the Petites Ecuries, is offering a Bellota brunch with a gourmet and festive formula for 25 euros!
On the menu: the "magnificent" egg, a twist on the Egg Benedict, cooked at low temperature and served with Bellota bacon, peppers, chistorra and Espelette pepper hollandaise sauce on a small muffin! But also to share with friends, the famous long-aged belotta Doc Guijuelo, which tickles the taste buds! At the counter, you'll be able to help yourself to a range of must-have desserts, as well as Farago creations such as the chocolate-raspberry entremet with espelette chilli, the Basque black cherry cake, or the Russe almond and praline inspired by the famous recipe from the Artigarrede patisserie in Oloron Sainte-Marie!
Fresh fruit juices, cold-extracted smoothies and the Mimosa cocktail made with Cava (Barcelona's champagne) and squeezed oranges are the perfect accompaniment. For hot drinks, you can choose between coffee, homemade hot chocolate or Betjeman & Barton's signature tea.
A few electro and jazzy notes add a festive New York or London feel to this gourmet experience!
Join us from Sunday September 20 for a gourmet brunch with no plans!
