Gourmet event alert in prospect. And in a spirit of solidarity! On Sunday May 19 and Monday May 20, 2024, the food solidarity association Ernest is organizing a gourmet, festive and solidarity banquet on the Le Mazette barge. An event where gastronomy is only for women.
In the kitchen, more than 20 renowned chefs, honored by the association. They include Manon Fleury, Shirley Duthilleux, Chloé Charles, Angèle Ferreux Maeght, Justine Piluso and Cybele Idelot... The chefs, all volunteers, took up the challenge of creating small plates of their favorite dishes to share, in order to raise funds for the Ernest association's food aid program.
Expect to pay €40 for 5 portions (four savory and one sweet, with a vegetarian option for those concerned!), and note that all profits will go to support the Ernest association's solidarity food basket program for disadvantaged families. Note also that there are two services each day, one at 7pm for early risers and one at 9pm for late risers.
