It's been a long time since the sun came out, but that's no reason not to fall for La Glacerie Paris's new ice cream creations for spring-summer 2024. As usual, MOF David Wesmaël combines his pastry-making skills with the art of ice-cream making, unveiling a host of creations, each more mouth-watering than the last. The guiding principle of this new collection is the sporting event that will rock the capital all summer long: the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Starting with new ice cream and sorbet flavors inspired by 5 continents! Available by the scoop, jar or cone from July 1 to August 31, 2024 only, they include :
David Wesmaël has also decided to revisit a great French pastry classic, the charlotte parisienne invented by Antonin Carême, in an iced version. This version of the frosted fruit charlotte combines a sponge cake with vanilla ice cream and a variety of frosted fruit sorbets. The individual version (8.20€) is available in 5 recipes: muroise, mango, raspberry, strawberry and blueberry! Available from June 1 to September 15, 2024.
For even more indulgence, we're also turning to the new bonbon de chocolat glacé (€4.20) with fromage blanc, Plougastel strawberries and passion fruit. We don't know where to turn!
