Paris Burger Week takes place in Paris restaurants from November 23 to December 10, 2023 to elect the capital's best burger 2023! A culinary event entirely dedicated to the burger in all its forms, and a prize coveted by all Parisian burger creators!
Behind this 100% street food event are Christian and his partner Manuel. The former, originally from Panama, lived in New York before settling in Paris in 2012, and since his arrival in the capital has noticed that the French are crazy about burgers. They eat 1.6 billion of them every year! So, after seeing such an event in Panama, Christian decided to create a similar one in Paris.
After two successful editions, Paris Burger Week is back for a third! The principle remains the same: establishments participating in the event must propose a burger recipe - most often new and created specifically for the occasion, but some have chosen to present a recipe already on their menu.
Note that Paris Burger Week 2023 features absolutely every type of burger: veggie, Asian, beef, chicken, pork, duck, fish.... There's something for everyone.
Because Paris Burger Week is also a competition judged by the public. So, after tasting burgers in participating restaurants, gourmets will be able to vote online, on the event website, for their favorite burger recipe.
This year, some twenty restaurants have already decided to take part in Paris Burger Week 2023:
