Nicolas Paciello is starting to make lactose-free choux buns! Intolerant foodies will be delighted with this plant-based alternative. Lighter but still mouthwatering, these strawberry choux buns are simply delicious! How about treating yourself?

CinqSens Paris pastry chef Nicolas Paciello has decided to give a delicious alternative to lactose intolerants and people looking for healthy food. This is how he created, for his stores in Paris 15th arrondissement and Pantin, lactose-free choux buns based on 100% plant-based cream Flora Plant to enjoy this June.

So, what is this choux bun all about? The strawberry verbena-mint choux bun celebrates summer. Based on choux pastry cooked in a ring (to visually differentiate these lactose-free alternatives from other choux buns), these choux buns are filled with smooth crème pâtissière flavored with mint extract and verbena leaves, the whole stuffed with puréed strawberries, and topped with strawberry whipped cream.

In the mouth, the choux bun is creamy but very light and fresh and tastes absolutely delightful, perfect for the summer. Hurry up and discover this wonder before the end of June.
