From Wednesday to Saturday, different culinary workshops are offered at Altrimenti. Real moments of sharing, family and especially: responsible! You can learn to cook Italian, but also in an ecological way, using fresh and usually neglected products.
Altrimenti is an association that has been fighting against food waste since 2016, offering interactive culinary workshops open to all ages. Literally meaning"differently" in Italian, Altrimenti was founded by Samanta Vergati, of Neapolitan origin. Her goal? To initiate to ecological and responsible gestures in the kitchen, while putting Italy in the spotlight. The association's team is composed of chefs, nutritionists and dieticians. So we are in good hands!
Between Wednesday and Saturday, Altrimenti offers no less than six culinary workshops to learn while tasting. From a workshop dedicated to children to a botanical walk completed by a wild cooking session, the program is as varied as it isappetizing. Each week, the team shares tips and advice on how to reduce our culinary waste or how to cook neglected fruits and vegetables. All of this is accompanied by real practical sessions to get your hands dirty! It's an opportunity to experience real moments of sharing, but also educational, for adults and children alike.
