Giant brunch by Chloé Charles x Food Market at the Mot pour Mots 2023 festival

How about taking advantage of the MOT pour Mots 2023 festival to combine the pleasure of reading with the pleasure of eating? Held on Saturday June 17 and Sunday June 18, 2023 at La Villette, the free literary festival organized by Télérama, L'Obs and Le Monde is set to delight page-turners with a weekend packed with meetings, debates and round-table discussions with writers.

To celebrate Sunday in style, the Food Market is organizing a Sunday brunch from 12pm to 2pm with top chef Chloé Charles. And the Food Market is planning to pull out all the stops, with a 100-seat table laid out like a convivial banquet.

As usual, the chef is committed to passing on the art of good eating, while championing the cause of zero waste. To this end, Chloé Charles has devised an appealingly committed menu, priced at €30 per person, drinks included. Please note that reservations are required!

On the menu

Starter

Gaspacho of summer squash, melon, cucumber and zucchini
Grilled cheese with camembert and pickles

Main course

Perfect egg, cuttlefish-pig stew, squid ink BBQ sauce

Vegetarian option on request: perfect egg, mushroom and grilled eggplant ragout with caper BBQ sauce

Steamed almond cake

Peach salad with olive oil and herb pesto
