What is it about? Imagine a kind of triangle-shaped sandwich that looks like pasta dough, but fluffier, thicker, lighter and crispier. The cook needs at least 3 days to prepare it.
To the triangle are added tasty dishes based on Italian classics. Choose between hot dishes or fresh products.
Are you more into meatballs with tomato sauce, eggplant parmigiana, truffled burrata, mozzarella with tomato, octopus with black olives, Sicilian caponata or Poulet chasseur? In addition to these permanents recipes, a new one comes every week so that you can keep things interesting.
We love the soft and crispy dough and the dishes sweetly smelling like fresh homemade Italian products. We advise you to choose the 2-cone set menu, to be fully satisfied.
We end the meal with a tasty and homemade dessert. Pana cotta, very soft yoghurt or tiramisu, it’s up to you.
