La Brigade has been created in 2013 by Tristan and Edouard, two confirmed meat lovers and has been quickly the first French food truck specialized in grilled meat. Today, La Brigade decided to set up grill and meats rue Oberkampf by opening its very first counter – Comptoir.
Inspired by street food culture, the Comptoir welcomes you in an understated and elegant décor. The street can be found inside with a Take-Away area and the restaurant is found on the table with light wooden furniture, you’ll be please to sip a fresh beer. La Brigade pays a thorough attention to where meats come from to offer delicious and quality products. Chicken, beef, duck from France, Germany or Austria, meat comes from trustworthy cooperatives.
Furthermore, each month, La Brigade has “event” meats like the Iberian pluma or Black Angus chuck. A must for those willing to discover new flavors.
