The day after the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games, the Palais de Tokyo and Air France are launching an unprecedented experience in their ephemeral restaurant. From July 27 to August 11, come aboard for a gastronomic rendez-vous with the cast of chef Arnaud Lallement, pastry chef Nina Metayer and head sommelier Xavier Thuizat.

Air France takes over the Palais de Tokyo with a novel concept for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games: an ephemeral restaurant with renowned chefs. From July 27 to August 11, the airline is offering guests the chance to sit back and enjoy a unique 85-euro menu concocted by Arnaud Lallement, Nina Metayer and Xavier Thuizat in their temporary restaurant.

Sound familiar? No wonder, because for their ephemeral restaurant at the Palais de Tokyo in honor of the Paris 2024 Olympics, Air France has chosen the crème de la crème. Three-star French chef Arnaud Lallement was in charge of creating the restaurant's savory menu: meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian options are all on the menu, which will change in August. Desserts will feature the creations of NinaMétayer, voted "World's Best Pastry Chef 2024" by World's 50 Best Restaurants. A selection of wines, champagnes and a wide choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will also be on the menu, chosen by Xavier Thuizat, Air France's new head sommelier who also officiates at theHôtel de Crillon and won the title of Best Sommelier of France in 2022 .
