Designed by Chef Adam Bentalha, the tapas menu is inspired by Spanish specialties. Enjoy croquetas, a traditional truffle tortilla, octopus marinated in smoked paprika, and Padron pimientos. The selection also includes charcuterie and cheese boards, fried calamari and pan con tomate , not forgetting the famous patatas bravas. Desserts, by Yann Brys, include an intense chocolate mousse with olive oil and smoked salt, the perfect end to this culinary journey.

Evok Collection's Director of Bars, Jérémy Bacquet, has imagined a cocktail menu with Spanish influences, creating a perfect harmony with tapas. Signature cocktails such as the "Mayor" with lime peel-infused vodka, and the "Las Huertas" with citrus-infused tequila and pomegranate-cinnamon shrub, add a touch of freshness and originality. For those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, signature mocktails are also available, such as the "Virgin Spritz" or the "Virgin Cosmopolitan" in pretty pink tones.

Le Brach Paris, designed by Philippe Starck, combines 1930s architecture with modernism and Bauhaus. With the raw, natural materials we love, it offers a surprisingly cosmopolitan setting.
