A new, unusual adventure awaits Parisian gourmets and explorers in the capital. The Ephemera group, known for its immersive restaurants, invites us to experience a new dive, this time in the 15th arrondissement. We tell you all we know about Under The Sea.

Parisian addresses never cease to surprise us. If you're one of those adventurous souls constantly on the lookout for unusual experiences, here's today's good news: Paris is about to welcome a new immersive restaurant. Behind this new spot is once again the Ephemera group, responsible for three similar addresses in Paris: Under the Sea, Stellar and Jungle Palace.

The first offered us a dive under the ocean, the second took us closer to the stars, while the third invited us to discover the remains of a mysterious palace in the heart of a lush jungle. So what can we expect from the next concept?

The name of this future immersive venue is not yet known. What we do know is that it will take over from Under the Sea, the group's first Parisian restaurant, which is due to close soon, and will be conceived as a V2. It is due to open in the spring of 2025 in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, very soon after the closing of the previous version.

Based on previous concepts, we'd expect an immersive physical setting, coupled with 360° projections and a soundtrack that accompanies us throughout the meal, with a fairly affordable menu. In short, we'll find ourselves at the heart of a sound and light show for the duration of this gourmet escapade. The new version of Under The Sea promises an even more immersive experience, with reworked decor. All we have to do now is keep an eye out for more!
