FRAME, the grand restaurant of the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, gets a new lease of life thanks to Alexandre Willaume, a chef with a remarkable career. From the Plaza Athénée to the Bristol, via the kitchens of the French National Assembly and the Sofitel Scribe, Alexandre Willaume has honed his talent in some of the world's finest establishments. Today, it's in Paris that he sets down his knives, with an assertive vision: that of a cuisine that is committed, conscious and focused on the essential.
As a reminder, FRAME is the restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel, with a view of the Eiffel Tower just a few steps away. On site, you'll discover a very large dining room with different areas and an open kitchen. Large tables as well as small duet tables await you behind the large bay window, bathed in light.
On the plate, the chef celebrates seafood and seasonal vegetables, while exploring subtle and daring combinations. The starters reveal this precision: marinated yellowtail sashimi, sublimated by a radish carpaccio and Thai vinaigrette, or octopus carpaccio, enhanced by a piquillo condiment and Pyrenean fir vinegar.
The main courses confirm this commitment to elegance and respect for the terroir. Label Rouge scallops from the Baie de Seine, grilled a la plancha, are the perfect accompaniment to grilled leeks and anchovy gremolata. Meat lovers will appreciate the château's roasted beef fillet, accompanied by pommes gaufrettes and a chimichurri condiment, a perfect marriage of tradition and modernity.
To conclude, Hugo & Victor's dessert cart offers a sweet gourmet touch, including a Saint-Honoré that will delight fans of classic pastries.
Available at €39, the lunch menu (starter + main course or main course + dessert) makes this the ideal address for those who want to treat themselves to a gastronomic moment at a moderate price, in a luminous setting with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. A la carte dishes range from €30 to €40.
At FRAME, Alexandre Willaume creates a delicate, inspired signature, where each dish tells a story, driven by a deep respect for products and flavors. The restaurant's seasonal produce will appeal to tourists, business lunches and couples looking for a friendly setting for a tête-à-tête with the Iron Lady.
