Solyles reinvents the codes of the rotisserie by proposing a monomaniacal offer based on French poultry. Much more than a simple rotisserie, Solyles has quickly become the place to be for chicken lovers in the heart of Montmartre but also in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, rue d'Alésia.
On the spot very soon (and even on the terrace soon for the Alesia address) or to take away, you can taste the farm chicken roasted on the spit in all its forms: nuggets, wings, sleeves and beautiful beasts offered whole or in half and quarter sizes.
For our part, we tried the spit-roasted chicken, tender and tasty, accompanied by an excellent poultry juice; the wings to nibble with your fingersand coated with barbecue sauce, the plump drumsticks covered with spices, and the excellent nuggets that look like no other nugget you've ever seen: they are oblong and covered with a light but crispy breading! And of course, we dip the whole thing happily in original homemade sauces!
We accompany the whole thing with a rimbambambelle of frankly rejoicing sides, to which Solyles brings as much care as to the star chicken: an excellent super creamy gratin dauphinois (we want the recipe!), mac'n'cheese au gratin as you wish, a Thai rice, garlic potatoes, a generous ratatouille or roasted fennel, we love it!
Please note that while waiting for the restaurants to reopen, all these marvels are available to take away and even in delivery, for the most lazy among you!
