Le Nénuphar: Inspired by the blossoming of water lilies, this 920 g chocolate piece is a veritable work of chocolate art. Priced at €90, it invites you to a unique sharing experience, where each dark chocolate petal, topped with gianduja, can be detached for a playful and refined tasting experience.
Pisanki: this Easter dessert, priced at €54 for the version to share (8 people) and €8 for the individual version, combines the flavors ofcitrus and Batak berries with passion fruit and chocolate in a play of textures between crunchy and melting. It is inspired by the tradition of hand-painted eggs, blending family memories and Slavic roots in a creation full of freshness and indulgence. This lightly sweetened dessert has a taste of home...
Bloom: Reinventing the traditional Easter egg, these chocolate eggs are available in two sizes: small eggs at €16 (approx. 200 g) and large eggs at €38 (approx. 500 g). Each egg, available in dark or milk chocolate, conceals a filling of gianduja and hazelnuts for the little ones, and crispy feuillantine for the big ones, evoking the first spring flowers in their design.
Nina Métayer 's creations can be collected free of charge from collection points in Paris (Printemps du goût) and Issy-les-Moulineaux (Laboratoire Délicatisserie and Halles Biltoki). Courier delivery is also available in Paris and some of its inner suburbs.
