In order to prevent "flows and gatherings of people (delivery drivers, patrons)" in the night, delivery and take-away services are banned between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. starting Friday November 6, 2020. Selling alcoholic drinks and drinking them in a public place at the same hours is also banned.
