The minimum growth wage will be raised by 1.13% on January 1, 2024. It will thus rise by 15 euros to 1,398.69 euros net per month. In the civil service, the salaries of the 410,000 lowest-paid employees will also be raised by 1.8%.

Gratification for internships will be raised to 4.35 euros per hour of actual presence, compared with the previous level of 4.05 euros on January 1, 2023.
