They paraded before the eyes of the whole of France: 30 of France's most beautiful women competed for the title ofMissFrance 2024, this Saturday, December 16, 2023, in Dijon. The evening was broadcast live on TF1. Of these 30 candidates, these 30 representatives of France's regions, only one was awarded the famous sash. But which one?
Since last year, the criteria for becoming a Miss and taking part in the competition have been relaxed. Married women, women with tattoos or even transgender women, the end of the age limit - it's a small revolution for this institution deemed anti-feminist by many associations. Prior to the ceremony, some of the participants had already made a name for themselves on social networks, or following the results of the general knowledge contest that each Miss had to answer. At the end of the evening, Eve Gilles, Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais, succeeded Indira Ampiot, our Miss France 2023 from Guadeloupe.

Once again this year, Jean-Pierre Foucault presented the contest, accompanied by Cindy Fabre, the contest's new national director. This year's president, Sylvie Tellier, was joined by the six other members of the 100% female jury: Stéfi Celma, Adriana Karembeu, Nolwenn Leroy, Estelle Mossely, Élodie Poux and Nina Métayer. But the jury didn't decide alone! The public's votes counted for 50% of the final result: so everyone could cheer on their favorite during the evening, on the theme of the"music box".
