In France, theopening of shops on Sundays is subject to strict regulations: depending on where the store is located or what products it sells, it will not be able to open its doors as it wishes on the last day of the week. However, these exceptions will be lifted during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, due to a derogation, motivated by the"forecast of an exceptional influx of tourists". In 15 arrondissements of the capital, Sunday rest will not be the norm!
