On the first floor, you'll find thebody-building area with its countless machines, from the elliptical trainer to the treadmill, not forgetting the free weights zone, where you can combine strength training and cardio. A little further on, you'll findthe gym's swimming pool, where you can do crawl laps or try your hand at aquatic fitness sports such asaquagym,aquabiking oraquacircuit. This is also where you'll find the gentle gym studio, where you can take pilates, yoga or the more intense Cuisses adbos fessiers (CAF), boxing or bodysculpt classes, which focus on in-depth muscle strengthening.

Indoor cycling enthusiasts will love the daily sessions on offer, while those looking for even more intense group classes can head upstairs for a HIIT or cross-training session to get the cardio pumping and push themselves to the limit.

After or before your session, thewellness area is open all day to gym members: once you've entered theÔ Zenhit wellness zone, you can choose to relax on the deckchairs provided or opt for a visit to the on-site hammam or hot sauna. A top-of-the-range gym needs the right equipment, with a wellness area that is rarely (if ever) found in Parisian gyms. There's also a coworking space open to all members who wish to do so!

"By coming here, customers don't need to have a subscription for yoga, another for cycling or HIIT, everything is included in the gym membership", explains the manager. All in all, the membership is higher than that of mainstream gyms, costing €190 per month, with the option of paying by the quarter, half-year or year.
