Plaine forme, Seine-Saint-Denis's only tree-climbing park, in the Bondy forest (93)

In the Seine-Saint-Denis département, in the heart of the Coubron forest, you'll find Plaine Forme, the département's only accrobranche. With its adventure courses accessible to all, it's one of the Bondy area's not-to-be-missed outings, especially when the fine weather returns!

Once you've paid your entrance fee, you've got two hours to make the most of the various courses. On the program? 13 adventure courses of increasing difficulty. For the little ones, from the age of 3, we opt for the Pitchounes courses, to gently introduce them to accrobranche, with a little zip-line at the end of the course! For older children, there are no fewer than 28 zip lines and courses ranging from 0.50 metres to 16 metres high!

• 6 children's courses: 3 pitchounes courses for toddlers aged 3 to 5, 3 courses for older children aged 6 to 9
• 7 teen-adult courses: 3 intermediate courses (accessible to over-9s and 1.50m with arms raised minimum), 3 challenging courses (accessible to over-14s and 1.60m with arms raised minimum).

Each entry to Plaine Forme entitles you to two hours' climbing, but the courses are quite long: if you want to do the full tour of the courses offered by the accrobranche, we advise you to optfor the day pass, for an extra €5 per ticket. Let's go for a day of climbing at Plaine Forme in Coubron!
