Sainte Assise Aventure, the tree-climbing site near Melun (77)

Saint Assise Aventures is an accrobranche course located near Melun, in the hamlet of Seine-Port, Seine-et-Marne. For a day out in the great outdoors that's as much fun as it is sporty, this is the perfect idea for a family or group of friends to share a thrilling, climbing experience.

Three green courses are equipped with continuous lifelines for total safety: children can't get loose from the beginning to the end of the course. The blue, red and black courses offer magnificent tree-top rides. Sainte Assise Aventure boasts the largest zip lines in Ile-de-France and three of the most impressive Tarzan jumps.

Don't leave the park without trying out the giant zip line: departure from a platform 25 m above the ground for a vertiginous descent lasting over 30 seconds at 60 km/h! Unforgettable. The more athletic will tackle the black adrenaline course, the highest and most difficult in Ile De France. With family or friends, beginners or thrill-seekers, everyone has a great time at Sainte Assise Aventure.

11 accrobranches courses are available:

• Pitchoun course: accessible to children aged 2 to 6. Parents can follow their children from the ground
  
• Parcours vert "découvre ": accessible from a height of 1 m, the "vert découverte" workshops are designed to help children progress autonomously between 1 and 2 m from the ground. Younger children will need their parents to help them hang on to the zip lines. With its monkey bridges, footbridges, mini Tarzan and zip lines, this course for apprentice adventurers is also designed for adults who want to get used to working at heights.
  
• Green "family" course: a transitional course between discovery and hiking, the family course starts from the ground and gradually gains height, up to 6 m from the ground. This highly varied course is already a great walk in the trees. The design of the course means that those who go first can join those who come later by completing a loop.
  
• Ludo" green course: the Ludo course extends the range of green courses. Innovative and fun workshops for maximum enjoyment. A must-see!
  
• Tyrolean" green course: for the many tyrolean enthusiasts, this course requires no major physical effort. Just fun and 5 tyros for 10 workshops! To get to the start of the course, the clever ones will take the independent "Dogon" zip line located near the reception area (access reserved for people equipped with harnesses with classic carabiners).
  
• Cascade de tyrolienne" course: after a 15 m climbing wall, you embark on a succession of zip lines over 100 m long, taking you out of the park. Finish with a quick jump for an astonishing sensation.
• Blue Escape Course: accessible from age 8 and 1.30 m, the course includes a footbridge and large zip lines.
  
• Trekking" blue course: the trekking course is a real journey into the world of trees. You leave the ground via a vertical ladder to reach the foliage. With no major difficulties, this varied course lets you fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere that reigns between 5 and 15 meters above the ferns. 25 workshops later, a huge 120-metre zip line will bring you back down to earth after all your sensations and emotions.
  
• Climbing course: two climbing walls, mono-cycle, tyro-guidon...and giant 230 and 260 m zip lines!
  
• Sporty red course: The Sporty red course has all the highlights of the Hiking course, but is much more physically demanding. It takes you through some of the world's most beautiful trees. At the start, you'll rise very quickly to reach a line of tests between 8 and 17 meters high. Some workshops require strength and skill high above the ground. Tarzan jumps add a little adrenalin to a cocktail of emotions that will leave no one indifferent.
  
• Adrenalin" black course: the Adrenalin course is not for everyone. To tackle it, you'll need to be in excellent physical condition. In a vertiginous atmosphere, the difficult workshops will follow one another without respite. Those who make it to the end, however, will be rewarded with a giant 260-metre zip line that approaches 60 km/h. In short, for the big-hearted and the big-armed. For those who would like to experience the thrill of the giant zip line without completing the black course, don't panic! A free-standing ladder from the ground takes you to the starting platform 23 m up! A thrill not to be missed!
