But Muse will not be alone for this musical evening that promises to be very rock at the Stade de France. For its Parisian concert, scheduled for July 8, 2023, the British group has chosen to invite two opening acts! Yes, this summer, the spectators of the Stade de France will be able to discover no less than 2 artists. So who are they? Discover the opening acts of the Muse concert in Paris!
We start with Royal Blood! The famous British rock duo has been riding the wave of success since the release of their self-titled debut album in 2014. Since then, the band - composed of Mike Kerr (vocals, bass and keyboards) and Ben Thatcher (drums) - has released two more records:"How Did We Get So Dark?" in 2017 and"Typhoons" in 2021. Among their biggest hits?" Figure It Out," " Out of the Black," " Lights Out," " Little Monster " or " Ten Tonne Skeleton."
And their efficient style, mixing blues rock and stoner, seems to have caught the eye of several other artists. Royal Blood has already opened for the Foo Fighters at the 2015 Quebec City Summer Festival. This summer, Royal Blood will open for another mythical band, Muse. It's going to be hot!
Another and second band announced to open for Muse at the Stade de France on July 8? One Ok Rock, notably known for its hits " The Beginning ", " Kanzen Kankaku Dreamer ", " Re:make ", " Wasted Nights " or " Clock Strikes ". Today, the Japanese group has no less than 9 studio albums.
For those who have never heard of this Japanese rock band, you should know that it was formed in 2005 and offers a musical style oscillating between rock, Emo and Heavy Metal. One Ok Rock is composed of Taka (vocals), Toru (guitar), Tomoya (drums) and Ryota (bass). After a concert at the Seine Musicale in 2019, One Ok Rock will play for the very first time at the Stade de France to open for Muse!
Needless to say, Royal Blood and One Ok Rock are going to sweat on July 8 at the Stade de France, just to make Muse proud! So, are you happy with these two opening acts?
