With its superb stained glass windows, the Sainte-Chapelle is one of the most beautiful places to enjoy a classical music concert and let yourself be carried away by an almost divine sound. A mecca for music since its foundation by Saint-Louis, the chapel on theÎle de la Cité has hosted a vast output of works over the centuries. Composer Marc-Antoine Charpentier was Maître de Chapelle, and at least nine of his major works were destined for the Sainte-Chapelle. The first "Heures Musicales" in the chapel, these concerts will bring together talented musicians, under the baton of conductor Sébastien Daucé, to use all the senses and marvel at the beauty of the site.
