Garbage in concert at the Grand Rex in Paris in July 2024

Good news for Garbage fans! The American pop-rock band, led by Scottish-born singer Shirley Manson, has announced its return to France with a one-off, not-to-be-missed concert at the Grand Rex in Paris on Saturday, July 6, 2024. It's a show that Garbage fans in Paris and Ile-de-France are eagerly anticipating, especially as the band's last concert in the capital dates back to 2018. It was at Le Bataclan. A year later, Garbage were touring the French festival circuit, stopping off at Cognac Blues Passion, Pause Guitare and Musilac. But for the past 5 years, Garbage has been keeping a low profile.

After a 5-year absence from Europe, the pop-rock band is finally back on stage with a one-off Paris date at the Grand Rex on July 6. Tickets go on sale on Friday March 8 at 10am.

In addition to this concert in the City of Light, Garbage will also be stopping off in 15 other European cities, including Berlin, Lausanne, Cologne, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid, Glasgow, Manchester and London.

Garbage, who celebrated the 20th anniversary of their eponymous opus in 2015 and then the 20th anniversary of the"Version 2.0" album in 2018, intend to take advantage of this new European tour to honor their countless hits, taken from their 7 different opuses. These include " Only Happy When It Rains ", " Queer ", " Stupid Girl ", " I Think I'm Paranoid ", " Push it ", " Cherry Lips (Go Baby Go!) ", " Run Baby Run ", " Control ", " Empty " and " The Men Who Rule the World ".
