Every Sunday, the Brasserie Thoumieux awaits you from 12pm to 3pm for its brand new brunch. Chef Sylvestre Wahid has carefully selected every product you can taste at this brunch, at a very reasonable price (48€ )!
Homemade jam by the chef himself, who follows his grandmother's recipe to the letter. Gluten-free bread with dried fruit and seeds, Jean-Yves Bordier's famous butter, mature cheeses, ham on the bone, cured ham by the slice and poultry breast, traditional home-smoked salmon, warm viennoiseries, generous brioches, caramelized apple turnover, a selection of Gâteaux Thoumieux pastries, smoothies and juices, coffee, and eggs prepared to order (scrambled, poached, boiled, Benedictine, meurette, soft-boiled).
You can accompany it with a glass of Champagne (15€), a Bellini or a Mimosa (17€).

If you wish, you can also discover the à la carte menu and signature dishes such as pumpkin velouté, simmered garnish, chestnut burst, blue lobster bolognaise, shellfish with green basil, parmesan shavings, or yellow poultry supreme cooked in broth, potted vegetables with poulette sauce.
